congrats neil neil and shel shel.
i heard recently that we are neighbors (somewhat). i hope you are enjoying the rockies. i have grown to really love salt lake. bought a home a couple years ago and (this year) also celebrated my 11th year . . . as a resident of salt lake city. yours is a bit more impressive.
